I've been waiting for this as well....your best bet is to send in a support ticket to see if there is any ETA. I did a couple of months ago, they said they are working on it, and like what has been stated here they'll let us know I would, btw, be interested in any reply you get.

I have been asking for the Paypal Plugin since Dec 08, I ask for an update every couple weeks, and have a bad feeling we are at the bottom of the list and losing huge potential money every day by not havng Paypal Pro running.

*Alex* Please have your team spend some time on this and get it running for us loyal customers waiting for you to pull through on this.

What will be the major difference between recurring billing in paypal_r -vs- paypal_pro?

I'm assuming that if we are using the paypal_pro plugin the user won't be required to create a account on paypal?

As it is with paypal_r to do recurring billing the user needs to signup for paypal. I don't know how many sales I'm loosing at this step, but I'm sure its significant. So if the new paypal_pro plugin would eliminate that, please make it a top priority!

Just realized paypal_pro is only valid for companies or individuals in the USA.

Alex told me it would be ready at the end of this month, Said that on the 20th. I just send a support ticket to more of an update for us.

Paypal pro works for both Canadian and US people if that helps Ejovi? Im canadian and got it.

As for losing sales with paypal-r, its huge. I lose 2-3 subscribers per day because of it. I just totaled up all my pending accounts which refused to open a paypal account is is over 176 members at $79 a pop is really pissing me off. I put my phone number and an offline payment option, now I get mostly everyone but I have to update the biling every month to charge everyone manually its crap! Cant wait to enter them all into paypal pro and it will do it automatically.
