Need help understanding recurring payments & paypal
Hi,
I've installed amember and am still testing it before go-live. I'm still not clear on how recurring payments work. Do you only need to set that up in amember and not paypal? If so then how does amember get paypal to bill the client again? How does a trial period work with this? Do you need to set the trial period up in paypal or in amember or both? Thanks Claire |

aMember will send customer to PayPal website with subscription parameters in URL. Then, when customer completes Payment, PayPal keeps track of subscription parameters and status and will bill user when necessary.
PayPal will notify aMember about subscription rebills and status, so everything will be 100% automated. |
